I rate this company 5 stars for quality of work, communication and price. This company repair my home in Maryland while I live in California. My house manager said that the issue I had with drywall look like it was never an issue. I recommend this company

Maritza's team did an amazing job painting the interior of our house. They showed up exactly when they said they'd arrive and were friendly and professional.

They weren't able to finish up by Friday so they had someone come out on Saturday and he put in about six hours to finish. We felt really bad for him working a Saturday but he was very helpful and didn't make us feel like we were putting him out. We've got additional work at our house and I've already been in touch with EZ Service to see if they'll be able to do it. Great team and great experience!

I reached out to yelp to find someone to fix some drywall in our home. I needed someone to fix the drywall from some soundproofing (see my other review) that we had done earlier in the week.

Everyone was responsive and why EZ Service was not the cheapest, they gave a very competitive quote. On 2.14 William texted me when he was on his way. He was communicative and arrived ready to work. He was thorough and meticulous. He asked excellent questions and I was/am EXTREMELY satisfied with the completed job.

Would HIGHLY recommend. My upstairs neighbor's HVAC leaked into my unit and EZ Service did a great job with the drywall replacement! Their estimate was far lower than the other two quotes I received, they came the next working day after I reached out, and they completed the work in 2 hours. It looks beautiful!

These guys are the best and a special shout out to Carlos for making sure that everything was done right.

I hired EZ Service to paint the entire first floor of my house. They were very responsive and scheduling the in person estimate was easy. After I accepted the estimate, they started the job just days later! There were a few things that impressed me about this company 1) my goodness do they work quietly! I work from home and I couldn't hear them at all; 2) they are very good communicators who let you know the status of the project and make sure that you're completely satisfied before they finish; 3) they're punctual; and 4) they're so friendly, too!

I had the team estimate a paint and repair job for a stairwell and upstairs hallway. The estimate came in $900 lower than the other. So I selected EZ.
The work included painting a lot of wooden spindles on a banister and a lot of floor and door trim and doors.
They showed up on time and were able to do it in a day.
Easy to work with. Would use again. Would recommend to anyone.

We called a handful of home repair companies to get quotes and Maritza from EZ Service was the first to respond. The other companies were not only slow to get back to us, they could not compete with EZ Service's pricing. The scheduling was also a breeze. Within days, we had the repairs fixed as if the damage never occurred, which was the goal since our home is only a few years old. William, our service technician, was very professional and did an outstanding job. Maritza made sure that we were satisfied with the work, and had William come out a second time to repaint the surrounding area. EZ Service did NOT charge us for this additional work. Maritza also followed up to make sure we were 100% satisfied, which we are! Thank you so much for making our home look like the accident never happened.

I used EZ service to do a complete repainting of our two bedroom condo. It was a pretty straightforward job, and the team was super responsive. The work was scheduled for the following week, and everything was completed on time. A few minor issues cropped up that they were able to resolve quickly and easily, and overall I was very satisfied with the work. For a while, I've been avoiding a dry wall repair as I was fearful of what was behind the drywall and the expense. EZ Service was the first place I reached out to on Yelp! based on the reviews and ratings. I rarely write reviews too, but I was so impressed with the work and communications. They even went above and beyond to make sure the paint looked great (I was going to wait on painting but they did it for me!) and added extra sealant to make sure my home was safe from future leaks.
